Worldwide, many faith based Christian organizations and individuals have come under
attack by hate and cause stalking activist groups and individuals. It is the policy of
Appalachian Youth Missions when attacked, to hold these groups and individuals
accountable with truth. This is done publicly through press releases and media contacts,
and when appropriate, through investigation, litigation, indictment and prosecution. When
individuals or organizations involve themselves in domestic crimes and acts of hate, cause
stalking and forms of terrorism against Christians, they are engaging in acts against God
and not the individual whom God has chosen and appointed to serve him, Matthew 25:40.
1). Ask the person contacting you to provide their full legal name, address/email, home,
work and cell phone numbers in which they can be contacted to verify information they are
coming forward with. (truthful and honest individuals will be happy to volunteer this
information when it's public information anyway). If the individual say they do not
want to get involved (for whatever reason), stating they are just passing on information to
expose something, then ask that individual, if they don't want to get involved, why are they
volunteering information? If they are unwilling to provide their true identities and contact
information, then they are unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. We strongly urge
you to avoid individuals like this as they take pleasure in spreading rumors and gossip to
intentionally cause division in communities and the Church. 99% of the time, this
information (with 10% truth) is misleading with the intent to harm another individual or
organization. Rats swallow poison because its mixed with a little truth (food) Often these
individuals will make excuses like "I don't have a copy machine or a copy" or "I don't have
my purse or wallet with me" or my cell service is not working. If they are on the defensive,
they will ask you questions instead of fully answering your questions. Either way, these
individuals will probably not offer their real personal contact information that would identify
themselves and implicate them in a domestic hate crime punishable by 10 years in prison
or more.
If the individual complies, make a copy of that information or material. Sometimes they will
want to show you documents. If they are unwilling to give you a copy of the document
insist on a copy of the document. If they further state they are unable to, leave immediately
as the documents are usually forgery's made to appear as real documents these
individuals could implicated you in cause stalking, a felony offense.
At this point, any information you have obtained written, copied or otherwise having
obtained it through personal testimony or other wise, forward to aymmissions@gmail.com
attention: A.Y.M Counsel on Legal Affairs. Please include your name and contact
information, counsel will make contact, at your request.
Individuals choosing to pass on unverified information (cause stalking) to others need to be
aware and prepared for costly liable, slander or deformation law suites in civil or criminal
court including criminal prosecution. Passing on false information is criminally prosecutable
by all state and U.S. Attorneys offices. Check your states statues and rules governing the
punishment for passing on or being involved in passing on false and misleading
information which may cause harm or injury to an individual or organization.
2). If someone representing themselves as a public official or law enforcement official
contacts you about A.Y.M, ask them to provide you with their full name, position, badge #
or employee picture identification. Ask the official for an official business card then ask
them if you can record their conversation with you. If they refuse any of the above, these
individuals are working outside the American system of law, checks and balances and are
not being honest with you. They may be involved in a cause stalking activity or a malicious
hate crime. Contact A.Y.M immediately if this happens. A.Y.M legal counsel will get
involved. Its important this is reported immediately to hold these individuals accountable.
Corruption abounds everywhere and its every citizens/christians responsibility to hold all
individuals accountable for statements, questions and actions they present in and to the
public.
3). Warning: The following individuals have had formal complaints filed against them.
Numerous reports and evidence have been brought before the A.Y.M Counsel indicating
and confirming these individuals to have conspired together in cause stalking, and hate
crimes against Christ and His teachings, Christian youth groups and Appalachian Youth
Missions. These individuals often impersonate themselves as "Christian" and play the
victim (sympathy) role in recruiting (deceiving) others to join and promote their agenda of
hate (cause stalking) If you are contacted by any of these individuals about Appalachian
Youth Mission/Missions use extreme caution, as these individuals are highly manipulative
and will prey on your emotions to get you to promote their agenda of hate. If you have been
contacted by any of these individuals, immediately contact: aymmissions@gmail.com and
address your encounter to the attention of the: A.Y.M Counsel on Legal Affairs.
